CEO/ Founder's Story

Donald Glover CEO and Founder is a US Army veteran (1st Lieutenant-Retired) with an MBA from Rice University's prestigious Jones School of Business and a chemical Engineering degree from Oklahoma State University.

With over 33 years of Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy and Power Operating experience, Donald possesses a sold working knowledge of onshore unconventional, conventional and offshore operations from technical, commercial, financial and legal viewpoints, along with a track record of consistently increasing Net Asset Valuation (NAV) throughout his career.

Donald's experience also includes HSE & PSM, process engineering, pipeline and terminal design, renewable gas generation throughout the value chain which encompasses origination engineering, construction commissioning, & restoration.

Donald is considered an industry expert in mergers and acquisition due diligence, operational excellence, risk analysis, regulatory, organizational behavior, profit & loss management, best practices capturing and best in class knowledge sharing techniques.
